Which products can I register in my Samsung Account?
You can only register products made by Samsung. Storage devices (SSD etc.) and components cannot be registered, even when made by Samsung.
How can I find the IMEI/Serial number for my product?

How do I use the QR code to register my Samsung device?
Scan the QR code using your Samsung phone or tablet, and then follow the registration instructions.This feature is only supported on Samsung Home Appliances, and non-smart monitors.Please ensure you scan the registration QR code and not the one for SmartThings.

Why does my serial number, IMEI, or Model code appear to be invalid?
1) Characters Please pay close attention. The letter ‘O’ may resemble the number 0, and the letter ‘S’ may resemble the number 5.
2) Serial number location Please enter the serial number located on the product itself, not the one on the package.
